NodeMCU ESP8266 Wi-Fi Development Board

The NodeMCU ESP8266 is a compact Wi-Fi development board based on the ESP8266EX 32-bit microcontroller. It provides an easy-to-use platform for developing Internet of Things (IoT), wireless automation, smart-home and embedded applications.

With integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, the board can connect directly to wireless networks and communicate with online services, local servers and other networked devices. It can be programmed through the USB interface using the Arduino IDE, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced developers.

The board exposes multiple GPIO pins along with interfaces suitable for UART, SPI and I2C communication. These connections allow the NodeMCU to interface with sensors, displays, relays, motor drivers and other electronic modules.

The NodeMCU ESP8266 is well suited to wireless sensor nodes, home automation, remote monitoring, web-controlled devices, data logging and other projects requiring a low-cost Wi-Fi-enabled microcontroller.
