2-Axis Analog Joystick Module
The Joystick Module is a compact user-input device designed to detect movement in two directions. It uses two potentiometers to measure horizontal (X-axis) and vertical (Y-axis) movement, producing analog voltage outputs that can be read by a microcontroller.
The joystick also includes an integrated push-button switch that is activated by pressing the joystick shaft downward. This provides an additional digital input that can be used for selecting options, confirming actions or triggering a programmed function.
The module is simple to interface and is commonly used with Arduino, ESP32 and other development boards. It is suitable for robotic control, game controllers, menu navigation, pan-and-tilt mechanisms, remote-controlled systems and interactive electronics projects.
