AS608 Optical Fingerprint Sensor Module

The AS608 is an optical fingerprint recognition module designed to capture, process and match fingerprints. It incorporates an optical imaging system and onboard processing, allowing fingerprint enrollment and verification to be handled within the module rather than requiring the host microcontroller to process the raw fingerprint image.

Communication with a microcontroller is typically handled through a TTL UART serial interface.
